Argentina
Buenos Aires
Argentina invented the modern polo mallet. Tipa wood. Long shafts. The rhythm of ten-goalers playing every weekend on Palermo grass. We carry that lineage forward — the weight, the sound, the line.
"Two
traditions.
One
mallet."
Indonesia
Bali · Sumatra
Our shafts are cut from rattan harvested in Sumatra and finished by binders in Bali — craftsmen who’ve been wrapping cane for generations. Patience the pampas don’t teach. Detail you can feel through the grip.
"Every mallet carries
the memory of the wood."
The four steps that become one mallet.
Tipa harvested in Argentina, rattan in Sumatra. Every batch hand-selected for grain and density.
Heads turned and balanced on the lathe. Shafts cut, steamed, straightened — millimetres at a time.
Cane wrap, leather grip, and sling — bound by hand in Bali. The signature finish you feel before you see.
Sealed, weighed, weight-stamped, signed. Then field-tested by a 5-goal player before it ships.
The maker's mark
Each mallet leaves Bali with the maker's initials pressed into the grip. Not a logo — an accountability. If the balance is wrong, you know who to call. In twenty years of building, we’ve never had to answer.
From those who ride with them.
“The balance is unreal. I switched mid-season and my nearside backshot has never sounded cleaner.”
“You can feel two hands in every mallet — one from Buenos Aires, one from Bali. They’re alive.”
Trusted by players from Buenos Aires to Bali.
Tell us your handicap, your hand, your horse. We’ll build the mallet around you. Stock builds ship in two weeks. Bespoke in three.
